Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event, collection, or delivery date.
Changes
• Colour changes - accepted up to 7 days before the collection or event date.
• Theme changes - accepted no later than 14 days before the event.
• For large events, changes or cancellations must be made no later than 21 days before the event.
Cancellations
• If you change your mind within 7 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of late payment or non-payment, your booking may be automatically cancelled.
